Budget for Phase Four: 2007 – 2008
The Earth Corps for Global Service requires initial funding for the following expenditures, for the fiscal year August, 2007 through July, 2008:

| Phone, FAX, office, and miscellaneous | $ 2,000 |

The activities made possible by these expenditures shall be overseen by the Board of Trustees of the Utne Institute, of which the Earth Corps for Global Service (ECGS) is a project amongst other related initiatives, for which it assumes full legal, fiscal, and operational responsibility. Said Board shall also assure the responsible expenditure of all funds and the issuance of a full annual report, to all contributors, as to such expenditures, along with a detailed accounting of progress towards the goals listed in the Phase Four section of the ECGS Timeline.
